AJAX Contact Form updated
Design, development, php, web 2.0 February 23rd, 2010
I just updated http://www.whathuhstudios.com/press/2008/01/04/ajax-contact-form-quick-install/ to version 1.6, updated JQuery to 1.4, fixed some validation bugs, etc. It’s still simple and small. Go grab it. You’ll be glad. Maybe.

Anonymous Twitter – Another useless Whathuh Studios service
Microblogging, development, php, portfolio June 12th, 2009
Ever do, see, or think something stupid? Ever feel like you want to get something off your chest that is tweetworthy, but wouldn’t be caught dead actually telling it to anyone? I have. Many times. I decided to do something about it.
Thus, http://www.anontwit.com was created.
Be sure to follow @anontw to see what other random people are saying over the interwebs.
Have fun!

Whathuh Twitter Command Line Tool
Microblogging, development March 7th, 2009
I was shown a Win32 CLI for Twitter, and I didn’t like how it was done, so I made one.
Pretty simple to use.
Vista: Extract the two files to your home directory
XP: Extract the two files to your Windows directory, or another directory in your system’s PATH variable
Win98: Extract to a directory in your system’s PATH variable
Edit the twit.bat file and replace “yourusername” with your username, and “yourpassword” with your password.
Quick Twit: Start-Run (Windows Key + R), type twit followed by your message. No quotes required
Example: twit I just twitted from the command line… because I can. I like useless tools.
Disclaimer: If you don’t know how to edit a batch file, don’t know what a batch file is, or feel like you shouldn’t be putting your username and password into a batch file, don’t know what a PATH variable is, please move on. This is not for you, at all, and I wouldn’t want to make anybody uncomfortable.
Download Twit CLI 1.0 for Win32 (includes curl-7.19.4-win32-nossl)

Javascript Character and Word Count
development March 3rd, 2009
Another tool released into the wild today, this time useful to pretty much anybody who has ever left a comment or filled out a form:
http://whathuhstudios.com/javascript-character-count.html
This will count the characters in your text, or optionally, the number of words you’ve typed as well. Good for those late-night papers you’re trying to pass off as real effort with a 500 word minimum.
